Prosperity Advisory Services, LLC was founded in 2000 by Rick
Staveley. Since that time, Mr. Staveley has worked with
organizations of all sizes in financial reporting, management and other
advisory roles. Project assignments have typically related to public
and private financing transactions, merger and acquisition/leveraged
buy-out transactions, audit support for technical accounting and
financial reporting matters, and interim or part-time management
roles.
Prior to founding Prosperity, Mr. Staveley worked with Equitrac
Corporation from 1993 until 2000. During his time with Equitrac, he
served the company in a variety of capacities, including Controller,
Vice President – Marketing & Strategic Planning and Sr. Vice
President & Chief Financial Officer.
Mr. Staveley began his career in the audit department of KPMG, after
receiving a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of
Miami. During his years with Equitrac, Mr. Staveley also earned an
MBA, with a concentration in finance, from the University of Miami.
Mr. Staveley is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of
Georgia and has attended numerous financial reporting and technical
accounting seminars.
Prosperity Advisory Services, LLC is located in Palm Beach County,
Florida, with a business focus primarily in the state of Florida.
